[WARC] VOLUNTEERS NEEDED***WAUMANDEE HILLCLIMB EVENT *Part Deux

Soliciting  WARC volunteers for the Waumandee Hillclimb Event Saturday,
September 23 [rain date-24]:

 

This is a reminder that the upcoming event requires a minimum of 14
volunteers from our club to provide safety communications during the event.
Please see my earlier note for details or contact me directly.
Unfortunately, this year two large events are only a week apart so our
volunteerism is being stretched thin! I would hope for 15 or 16 volunteers
which would provide backup in case of a late cancel.

 

So far, I have only received 4 responses (7 volunteers) so I want to urge
anyone with interest to please email me direct AC9TO.MARV at gmail.com

post on the reflector.  I need you to let me know if you plan to work the
full day (8-5 or AM/PM); attend the banquet; and if you have a specific
assignment request. If you are interested but not yet sure..let me know; or,
if you aren't overly interested but would fill in if we are short of help.

 

Those I have confirmed so far:

WK0W, N0NAN, AD0UT, KE0MDX, KE0ZFU, K2OPT. Those who have volunteered so far
need to let me know if you will NOT be working 8-5, if you plan to attend
the banquet, and any special assignment requests.

 

Take a look at the Waumandee Hillclimb PDF when it shows up on the
reflector. It will show the times and assignment positions for the event.
Also, I will post the map/route for the event on the reflector.
