[WARC] 444.225 (Garvin Heights UHF) & 442.150 (Witoka UHF)

Thanks Sam!

  There may be some other issues with the Witoka repeater as well. It 
sometimes behaves funny, but intermittently. Will be great to have it 
fully functional before Ride the Ridges.
