[WARC] Winona Amateur Radio Club December meeting Thursdauy

The BBC came back on the air specifically to provide information to 
Ukraine when their internet was blocked. They are still up now, as far 
as I know. Broadcasts are in English, times and frequencies seem to 
vary.

SWLing got a lot of us started, as Len pointed out. I never did lose 
interest.
