[WARC] Witoka HF Rig Courtesy

Everyone that uses the IC-7300 HF rig at Witoka, needs to understand that
we share the right with any of the club members that wish to use it.

1. If the radio is ON when you log in, please understand that there is
someone using the rig.  Don't start changing frequencies.  If you look at
the bottom for the user that is logged in.  Understand that there are some
that use the receiver at Witoka because the system is quiet, and they may
use their own transmitter at home.

2.  There are two ways to communicate with other users on the system, first
(as noted above) use the "Chat" window to check the status of the other
user.
      Or, you can use the "TEST" button to talk to the other user.

Once the "TEST" button is highlighted, you or the other user can then press
the "TXd" (Transmit button) and talk ONLY to the other user(s) logged into
the system.
    The conversation is NOT transmitted over the air.
3. If you are done using the Remote, please turn off the Radio and Log Out
to free the system up for other users.
4. Please be courteous and share the system.
