[WARC] The hybrid meeting issue

Team,

I contacted the person who I schedule our meeting room with and asked
about the possiblity of changing the night.  I'm told that for the 3rd
week in the month, only Thursday night is in conflict, so we should be
able to pick another night and stay with the Co Office Building and 
have the large meeting room.
