[WARC] The hybrid meeting issue

I’m fine with either location (assuming they are comparable). One question I have: are both locations able to provide us assurance that we will have access for our scheduled meetings for a minimum if 12 months. In order to rebuild our in-person meeting attendance, a regular schedule and a regular meeting place are important. (Old people like us are easily confused and usually absent-minded. Remembering to take one’s prescribed medicine each day/time is sometimes a challenge!).

OK, found out that the STEM room is booked T/Th nights but is open Wednesdays at our time. We could meet in Cathedral 016, which is a large space with same tech capabilities, just not all the cool science stuff. CATH 016 is open at the traditional day/time. Just let me know and I can schedule for February at least.

Parking over at Ed Village isn’t an issue after 5pm.

Dan has an excellent point. Can someone get in the building to look at that room and see how it has changed? The STEM room that Melanie mentions will certainly work just fine, too.

Before we do all this, make sure the room we are asking for is really what we want. It has been remodeled since we used it last and it may not be as suitable as we want.

A WSU classroom would be a good choice for us if we could rely on it monthly.
